A 24 hour reschedule/cancellation notice by phone is required for any scheduled appointments. If you reschedule/cancel within less than 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment. No call/no shows will also be charged 100% and the same applies if you call and book within the same day. Late-show to your appointment may reduce your appointment time and full payment will still be required. Emergency cancellations are at the Esthetician's discretion. All payments for services are final and Skin by Shelby does not refund for services rendered.
